Houlihan's - Hershey: A Culinary Experience in the Heart of Hershey, PA

It came highly recommended by a local lady at a museum we visited. Wish we could've stayed for the live jazz band she recommended. Thanks to our waitress & chef for making it a wonderful experience as well!!! If you like salmon, pesto & spaghetti squash - it was worth the money! My husband got the fish & chips - tasted great (I tried it). Shrooms - first time eating them, Awesome! (I'm not a big fan of mushrooms). Enjoy!

A friend and I went to lunch at Houlihan's, and while it wasn’t my first time there, it was still a solid experience. The place was pretty crowded, so the service was quick, which I appreciated. I had the ribs, and while they were good, I think my expectations were a little high since I hadn't had ribs in a while. They were decent, but if I go back, I’d probably try something else. As for my friend, I can't remember exactly what he got, but there wasn’t a drop of food left on his plate, so I’d say he enjoyed it! Overall, good spot, but I might go for a different dish next time.

It’s been years since I’ve been here, as I have since moved away. Since I was visiting the area again, I wanted to eat here, as the food has always been top-notch, but I was hesitant because the service has been really slow in the past. I am disappointed to say that even after 8+ years, I still had a similar experience with the service being extremely slow. My husband and I ate here in the middle of the day. The restaurant was nowhere near full, and other tables were in-and out before we even got our food. It seems to really depend on which staff member is serving your table that determines the timeliness of service. Even after we were finished, and the waitress brought the check to the table, it took 20 minutes for her to come back to retrieve the card to pay. As always, the food was great, but I don’t think it’s enough to justify the poor service.

I have been here multiple times and always enjoy coming here. If you have an allergy as I do, they take extra precautions which I appreciate so much. Helps me know I don't have to worry. My only thing would be the Salmon was cooked in the oven because of my allergy, so when it came out half of it was so crunchy and dry it was gross. Our server was so awesome and busy I didn't say anything and just ate it. I will return and would recommend just the same. And the pitcher sized drinks were fun and silly. Had a wonderful time.

Has the crab cakes with mashed potatoes, chips and salsa plus a cesar salad. Everything was wonderful! Enjoyed the atmosphere, and our server was hilarious.

Decent place. The goat cheese and artichoke poppers were amazing. The overall atmosphere of the place can be a bit too noisy at times. Depending when you go. You may have to speak louder than you do at most places to hold a conversation. The drinks were made well. I got the hot honey chicken sandwich. It was okay. The server we had seemed new but wasn’t bad.

We had a great experience at Houlihan’s in Hershey! Our waiter, Justin, went above and beyond to accommodate my food restrictions. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about his job. Not only did he ensure my meal was safe, but he also took the time to share recommendations for other restaurants owned by Hershey Resort in town that could accommodate my dietary needs. His attentiveness made the dining experience even better. I enjoyed a plain burger wrapped in lettuce, which was prepared just right. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be back!

Had their homemade meatloaf with mushroom gravy and some of the BEST mashed potatoes I’ve ever eaten. Green beans were great too. Only complaint is the green beans were buried under everything else so they were covered in mushroom gravy and compared to portions of meatloaf and mashed, there were very few green beans. Service was amazing. I’ll go back for sure!!
